Iloilo City — Wala sang syudad nga naga-uswag kon gobierno ukon kooperatiba ang ma-take over sa electric distribution utility.  Ini ang sabat ni Mr. Mikel Afzelius, Corporate Communications Officer sang Panay Electric Company sa pahayag ni Councilor Joshua Alim nga puwede ma-take over sang national government ang electric distribution utility kon indi ma-renew ang franchise sang PECO.  Suno kay Afzelius, sa mga dalagko nga syudad pareho sang Iloilo, pribado nga kompaniya ang masami nga nagadumala.

Nagdepensa man si afzelius sa reklamo nga ginapabayad gihapon ang mga konsumedor bisan wala na-imbestigaran ang ila sala nga billing.  Gin-athag ni Afzelius nga antes sila magpatuman sang staggard payment sa mga konsumedor, ginausisa nila ang problema base sa mandu sang Energy Regulatory Commission.   Sa bahin naman sang mga konsumedor nga may billing bisan wala sang meter reading pareho sang mga nasunugan, ginpabutyag ni Afzelius nga nasaad sa laye nga gahatag sang average billing ang PECO tubtub nga wala pa mailisan ang metro sang konsumedor.   • Mr. Mikel Afzelius, how long you been operating the PECO in this city? Did your service improved or it’s jsut getting worse while you suckers raised teh bill for no reason. This Cacho’s family barking dog thinks they are the only people with brain in this city. YOu tell the CCacho s to go back to spain where they spend the ahrd earned money of Iloilo consumers.

To answer your statement, YES, thousands of citys improved under the government run utility. And it’s proven that private corporations are the ones the sucks the life of the citizenry.
