Sta. Barbara, Iloilo — Kakulang sang tubig ang nagapanguna nga problema sang masobra 6 mil ka mga boy scouts nga nagpasakop sa Provincial Jamboree sa Barangay Camambogan.
Nagpangayo sang bulig si Sta. Barbara Mayor Dennis Superficial sa chinese federation nga rasyonan sang tubig ang site apang wala ginpasugtan sang Metro Iloilo Water District (MIWD) bangud para lang sa mga delegado sang APEC ang tubig.
