Iloilo City–Aktuhan ni Yulo Drive, Arevalo Punong Barangay Carlos Montaño ang reklamo sang mga pumuluyo nga nagakatublag sa tubtob sa kaagahon nga practice sang mga estudyante sa sulod sang Ramon Avanceña National High School.
Suno kay Montaño, istoryahon niya ang principal sang RANHS kag hingyuon nga tubtob alas-11 sang gab-i lang ang ila practice agud makapahuway man ang mga residente sa palibot sang eskwelahan.
