Iloilo City–Indi sakop sang Freedom of Information (FOI) ang mga Local Government Units (LGUs).
Pag-athag ini ni Atty. Janet Mesa, Regional Director sang Philippine Information Agency-6. Suno kay Mesa, 15 lang ka ahensya sang gobyerno nga sakop sang executive ukon opisina ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang naga-obserbar sang FOI. Lakip sa wala naga-obserbar sa FOI suno kay Mesa ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Ginpahayag ni Mesa nga ginahingyo sang administrasyon ang iban pa nga ahensya sang gobyerno nga magpasakup sa pag-implementar sang FOI. Apang kinahanglan nga mapasaran sang laye agud ma-obligar ang iban pa nga sanga sang gobyerno pareho sang lehislatura kag hudikatura nga magsunod. (AGB)
